The move sees Xplor’s leading Field Service Management (FSM) software FieldEdge, integrated with Trane’s delivery systems to create new sales opportunities for mechanical contractors.

The announced integration will deliver more value-added benefits to mutual customers via:

  • Lower Cost of Ownership – Select Trane and American Standard dealers can apply applicable benefits to Xplor FieldEdge if using the software to manage their field teams.
  • Automated Lead Flow – With the lead integration feature, new leads from Trane Comfort Specialist® and American Standard Customer Care Dealers will auto-input into Xplor FieldEdge as an estimate or job, allowing dealers to win new customers more easily.
  • Integrated Equipment Data – Equipment data for Trane® and American Standard® brand HVAC products will soon be available in Xplor FieldEdge, enabling corresponding contractors to access important product information all in one place, and ultimately sell more equipment.

Trane selected Xplor FieldEdge as one of its preferred software providers for the market leading digital capabilities that enable mechanical contractors to efficiently grow their business. By implementing FieldEdge software, mechanical contractors can streamline operations; manage service agreements and work orders; dispatch technicians with ease; and increase profitability by completing more jobs quickly and efficiently.
