Pamela Joseph
CEO
Pam is known for her execution-driven approach and her ability to quickly grow small businesses into powerful companies. As one of Elavon’s earliest employees, she helped to oversee the company from a start-up through its many stages of growth, including its IPO and its eventual acquisition by U.S. Bancorp, where she remained as Vice Chair over the entire payments division. In addition to her role at Xplor, Pam sits on the Board of Directors of Paychex, a payroll provider; TransUnion, an information technology company; and Adyen, a Netherlands-based payment processor. Pam also acts as Operating Partner for Advent International, Xplor’s majority owner and one of the largest and most experienced global private equity investors.

Justin LaChance
CFO
Justin is a high performing Finance leader, with 20 years of experience at both public and private companies. Most recently, he was involved in the carve-out of Refinitiv, from Thomson Reuters. While there, Justin was focused on repositioning the $6 billion revenue business for growth and ultimate sale and integration into the London Stock Exchange Group. Before this, Justin spent over 15 years at GE holding a number of Finance roles across various divisions including Treasury Global Operations, Capital Allocation, and as the Commercial CFO and COO of GE Digital, the consolidated software division of GE.

James Black
Chief Technology Officer
James has nearly three decades of experience in senior technology leadership roles in Fintech, including software, investment banks, payment companies and market data firms. Most recently, James was COO for high growth software company Allvue Systems, responsible for internal technology, customer success, information security and professional services. Before this, James was CTO of the Merchant Division at FIS, following their acquisition of payments giant Worldpay, where James had been CIO/CTO, leading all aspects of technology. James is known for his strong focus on building high-performing teams and investing in people, while also delivering proven technology outcomes in complex M&A environments.

Paul Hao
Chief Product Officer
Paul joined Xplor from Henry Schein One where he served as CPO. While there, Paul led product management, user experience, product marketing, go-to-market, and product strategies for 70 dental software products and services across categories and geographies. Before this, Paul spent over five years in a mix of product leadership roles at Instructure, an educational technology company known for its global market-leading Canvas Learning Management System. Paul started his career as an engineer at Microsoft and spent over five years at Ancestry.com.

Melinda Vedder
Chief People Officer
Melinda has over 25 years of People and Marketing experience, with a strong focus on partnering with business leaders to establish the HR operations, organizational design and systems infrastructure needed to deliver fast, sustainable growth. As a HR leader who’s built multiple People Teams from scratch, Melinda’s become known for leading teams with decisive execution in high growth M&A environments. Melinda joined Clearent as SVP, People overseeing several acquisitions and then its merger with TSG to form Xplor.

Ieuan Owen
CRO Fitness & Wellbeing
Ieuan has driven change, growth and new acquisitions in a wide variety of organisations, including as the SVP of Global eCommerce for Worldpay. He is passionate about discovering and unlocking value for businesses, defining winning strategies and building innovative teams. Ieuan also spent over a decade advising Fortune Global 500 companies as a consultant for Monitor Deloitte.

Connie Certusi
CRO Home Services
Connie has over 25 years of software experience with over 15 years spent as a commercial leader. Her roles included GM, Managing Director and President, with full P&L responsibility overseeing strategy and execution with a focus on driving business growth. She’s spent most of her career at Sage, as EVP Managing Director, responsible for a $400m software portfolio of accounting and payroll solutions targeting the SMB space. At Xplor, Connie oversees our Childcare & Education, Field and Personal Services verticals.

Matthew Morrow
CRO Xplor Pay
Matt has over 15 years of commercial leadership experience in payments and industrial technologies. With a proven track record for building and implementing high growth go-to-market strategies, Matt’s led large teams that have powered organizations like Bank of America Merchant Services, TSYS and Danaher to achieve their strategic objectives. He’s passionate about creating cohesive and diverse teams that excel at building for now and next, through strong, lasting partnerships and client relationships.

Justin Rohde
Chief Transformation Officer / CRO, Value Platforms
Justin has more than a decade of experience driving transformational change and strategic programs in a variety of environments, including advising top multinational clients as a consultant at Bain & Company. Justin is passionate about delivering results, and joined Clearent as Chief Transformation Officer prior to its merger with TSG to form Xplor. Prior to Clearent, Justin led Growth Strategy and Product Development for another private equity portfolio company in the Women’s Healthcare space.

Mindy Doster
General Counsel
Mindy’s had a distinguished career in FinTech, most recently serving as General Counsel & Corporate Secretary at Paya (now a Nuvei company), a leading provider of integrated payment and frictionless commerce solutions. Before that, Mindy spent over two decades at Elavon, in a mix of leadership roles including Chief Counsel.
Mindy is also the Vice Chair of the Board of Directors for the Pro Bono Partnership of Atlanta as well as a volunteer with the organization, which engages volunteer attorneys to provide non-profits with business legal services.
