He is known for building high-performance cultures and leading companies through complex integrations, SaaS modernization, and largescale operational change that elevate both customer experience and business outcomes. Prior to his current role, Randy served as CEO of Clubessential Holdings and previously held senior leadership positions with Horizon Software International, Sprint, AT&T, GTE, Mzinga, and CBORD. Widely recognized for scaling businesses across everyday life industries, he consistently empowers teams to deliver industry leading customer loyalty and strong financial performance.
Justin LaChance

Justin is a high-performing finance executive with more than 20 years of experience across public and private companies. He is known for leading large scale financial transformations, including playing a key role in the carveout of Refinitiv from Thomson Reuters and helping reposition the $6B business for growth, sale, and integration into the London Stock Exchange Group. Prior to Refinitiv, Justin spent over 15 years at GE in global finance leadership roles spanning Treasury Global Operations, Capital Allocation, and as Commercial Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer of GE Digital. His background in operational rigor and strategic planning underpins Xplor’s ability to scale effectively and sustainably.

James is Chief Technology Officer at Xplor, bringing nearly 30 years of technology leadership experience across fintech, payments, and software. He is known for building high performing teams and delivering strong technology outcomes in complex, fast growing environments. James previously held senior roles at Allvue Systems, FIS, Worldpay, ICE, Goldman Sachs, and NatWest Group. His career is defined by leading major technology transformations, scaling global engineering organizations, and guiding companies through high impact M&A and modernization efforts.
Andy Swansburg
Chief Product Officer
Andy is Chief Product Officer at Xplor, where he leads the creation of innovative customer-centric SaaS solutions across the company’s everyday life verticals. Motivated by the real, tangible impact technology can have on small businesses, he is known for designing products that simplify operations and strengthen the customer journey for owners and operators. Andy founded BrandBot in 2015, scaling it to more than 2,000 studios across 15 countries before its acquisition by Xplor in 2020. With a distinguished career in FinTech, she previously served as General Counsel & Corporate Secretary at Paya, a leading provider of integrated payments and commerce solutions. Before that, Mindy spent more than two decades at Elavon in senior leadership roles, including Chief Counsel, where she guided complex regulatory, commercial, and operational initiatives. Known for her pragmatic approach and deep expertise in financial services, she is recognized for strengthening governance, enabling business transformation, and mitigating legal complexity across fast‑evolving markets. Mindy also serves as Vice Chair of the Board of Directors for the Pro Bono Partnership of Atlanta and volunteers with the organization, which mobilizes attorneys to provide nonprofits with essential legal services.
