Pam is known for her execution-driven approach and her ability to quickly grow small businesses into powerful companies. As one of Elavon’s earliest employees, she helped to oversee the company from a start-up through its many stages of growth, including its IPO and its eventual acquisition by U.S. Bancorp, where she remained as Vice Chair over the entire payments division. In addition to her role at Xplor, Pam sits on the Board of Directors of Paychex, a payroll provider; TransUnion, an information technology company; and Adyen, a Netherlands-based payment processor. Pam also acts as Operating Partner for Advent International, Xplor’s majority owner and one of the largest and most experienced global private equity investors.
Floris De Kort
Floris is an experienced international fintech leader, with over 20 years of experience in payments and software. He’s passionate about investing in people and culture, with a strong track record of making companies amazing places to work. Floris was previously CEO Global eCommerce at Worldpay, leading the company to its highly successful IPO in 2015.
Chief People Officer
Nichole has a wealth of fintech M&A experience, leading business transformation and cultural change in high growth environments. She’s formed many high-performing teams responsible for delivering ambitious people plans that power global growth. Nichole was part of the leadership team that took Worldpay to IPO in 2015, and then saw Worldpay through two significant acquisitions. She joined Xplor from FIS, a global leading provider of finance solutions, where she was Senior VP People.
Ruwan De Soyza
Group General Counsel
Roo has broad global experience in fast moving, high-growth businesses, M&A, platform and country expansions. He joined Xplor from FTSE 60 company Halma plc, where he was an Executive Board member, General Counsel and Company Secretary. Before that Roo co-built the Legal & Compliance function at Worldpay, ahead of their 2015 IPO and the merger with US payments giant Vantiv. He has also held roles at Standard Chartered Bank, Accenture and Clifford Chance LLP.
Chief Technology Officer
Scott has over 25 years of IT Leadership experience in payments, financial services, and software as well as experience as an IT consultant and small business owner. As a leader Scott has taken part in numerous large growth efforts and company turn-arounds, and was the CTO for Vantiv during their 2012 successful IPO. Scott is passionate about bringing the customer view into the IT teams and technology that he leads.
Chief Operating Officer
Steven has been part of the Xplor story for over a decade, leading key product, platform development and operating initiatives which have underpinned the global growth and ongoing success of the business in new and existing markets. With an engaging and inspiring leadership style, Steven served as TSG Group CEO from April 2018 to March 2020, and brings both deep technical experience and a passion for building successful company culture to Xplor.
CEO, Field Services
Connie has over 25 years of software experience with over 15 years spent as a commercial leader. Her roles included GM, Managing Director and President, with full P&L responsibility overseeing strategy and execution with a focus on driving business growth. She’s spent most of her career at Sage, as EVP Managing Director, responsible for a $400m software portfolio of accounting and payroll solutions targeting the SMB space.
Mark founded childcare software company Xplor in Melbourne, Australia, in 2016, revolutionising the Australian education industry by connecting the ecosystem of parents, educators and children through simple, but powerful apps. These apps have gone on to become some of the most downloaded in the Education category on the Australian iOS app store. The start-up was acquired by TSG in 2019, and Mark became CEO of the Education vertical. Mark’s previously been part of the Australian Army and is known for his engaging, down to earth leadership, uniting and inspiring teams to pursue ambitious goals.
CEO, Boutique Wellness
Christina is a fintech titan, with extensive experience leading global teams at well-known brands, including Worldpay, Western Union, UBS, and Citigroup. She joined Xplor as Chief Commercial Officer for Health and Fitness UK & Europe in early 2020, before being promoted to global CEO Boutique Wellness later that year. Christina’s a passionate champion for women in leadership and the Executive Sponsor of our women’s network.
CEO, Health & Fitness
Davin is a proven leader in fast-growing, ambitious businesses, and brings an inspiring mix of enthusiasm and energy to his leadership that drives collaboration and loyalty. Davin has a strong background in the subscription economy and has held a mix of CEO and general management roles in the tech and media sectors. He initially served as the CEO of the Debitsuccess business in 2011 with TSG and later became the CEO of Xplor’s Health and Fitness vertical.

Tom is an accomplished global Software as a Service leader with more than 20 years’ experience in e-commerce and payments. He ensures companies are maximizing their potential, from both a revenue and community perspective. Tom has held executive positions with Digital River and Comecero, where he was instrumental in driving global expansion through innovation and acquisition.
Javier Nieto Vicente
Chief Marketing Officer
Javier has over 20 years of experience in payments and fintech, with Marketing leadership roles at Mastercard, Worldpay and FIS, amongst others. Javier led Worldpay’s brand building efforts in the run up to its 2015 IPO, alongside building its lead generation marketing teams. More recently, he’s led large scale rebrand projects at both Vantiv and FIS, following major acquisitions.

Ieuan has driven change, growth and new acquisitions in a wide variety of organisations, including as the SVP of Global eCommerce for Worldpay. He is passionate about discovering and unlocking value for businesses, defining winning strategies and building innovative teams. Ieuan also spent over a decade advising Fortune Global 500 companies as a consultant for Monitor Deloitte.
